  I know that we had this discussion a few times in the past but my opinion
on the subject is that we should have some kind of special inset to \LyX,
\Latex and so on...

  Why does lyx wants to force me to write \LyX even if I want to write LyX?
  
  Also those special cases only make the code complex for nothing, I still
remember those days where I had to use some unpronounceble word process that
used to do this all the time, and I hated. :(

  Probably a trauma but please, don't make lyx too smart... ;-)
