I REALLY don't see the point of this. Why not define a new PDFhawk format using the preferences dialog and a converter, say from LaTeX to PDFhawk (or whatever!) Then you can create a pdf file with all the whizz-bang options you require with File->Export->PDFhawk. I REALLY, REALLY think that Custom Export can go, go go... bang. Gone.
