Ok this needs some general discussion. We save the status of collapsable
insets, so if an inset is open it will be open on the next Load of the
document and vice versa. Now shouldn't we mark the document as "changed"
if you change status of a collabpsable inset? If we don't and you open
a lot of them but don't save then the next time they will all be closed,
is this wanted behaviour? Or should the above only apply to "ReadOnly"
documents?
