No, it should work since xsltproc (well, libxml2) understands both SGML and XML
catalog syntax. In my local config it works. I think the problem is that the
public IDs expected by db2lyx are not defined (or not well defined) in one of
the catalogs. In another mail I attach a catalog example. I hope it helps. If
it still doesn't work, please send the console output of config_xml, so that I
can try to find out what fails.
