I will not be the one who fixes the core bugs as I have _no time_ as well.
However, _if_ somebody is willing to dig, the following problem might be
the right starting point:
When several insets (e.g. notes) are nested, moving the cursor to the
right in the innermost inset does not work correctly. If the cursor has
reached the very end, it should leave the inset to the right but
instead it is placed at the beginning of the inset again.
The problem is supposed to be easy to track and it is likely that - when
it is fixed - several other problems are fixed at the time.
