Move to the "WONTBEFIXED" section.

Scale - as the word says - scales the graphic in both directions, i.e. the
x:y ratio stays constant. It should suffice to enter a value in the height
section. The graphics dialog must be redesigned not only for "scale" but
also for the "display" section. (See my other comments)
