new hollywood

With help from Richard Harris, a script from oscars.org (with permission
to use), and advice from Herbert aka *Dr. TeX*, I have improved the
hollywood files.
It does not break any old scripts.
I will make a new hollywood.tar.gz, but need instructions about where to
send it.
It is just over 10k.
