ENTCS class

A couple of small things:

could you change "R.R.T." in the header to "Reuben Thomas ([EMAIL PROTECTED])";
also, ENTCS only has one font size, 11pt, so I guess it needs a new FontSize
line. The other standard sizes are accepted, but ignored, so to save users
wondering why they don't have any effect it's best to remove them.

(Also my earlier point that it should be entcs.layout, not encts.layout!)
