Ok. I wonder why I don't need those?

Anyway, I'll not have opportunity to commit this stuff until tomorrow,
so maybe someone will can do it for me in the meantime?

I.e. just add #include "support/LOstream.h" to
insets/insetgraphicsParams.C and insets/insetparent.C and commit it.
