This patch includes several modifications to InsetGraphics
It fixes a bug with the file selection where by default it didn't
suggest jpeg/gif/eps files
It makes all IG be inline, if the user wants it in a new paragraph he
should do it himself.
It adds compatibility reading of InsetFig.
It changes some casting stuff in IG (consolidate the cast to one place
instead of being all over).
Fixes the dialog where in subsequent shows of the dialog the radio
buttons didn't work.
There is still a bug with the dialog where after you choose the file the
ok button doesn't get lit.
Please check over the patch and apply it as I don't have access to
several parts that are needed (frontend/controllers).
I'm still missing the ImageTransformer stuff, I hope to do it soon
enough (I've got it sketeched in my head, need to code it).
