For now I took the simple path and removed it unconditionally...

Ok, but only if you run reLyX from its directory. Because I need to take a
relative path to the language file.

There are some things that need to be updated in reLyX. One of them is the
correct translation of \lyxarrow. With this this patch and some minor work
it should be possible to have export and reimport the User Guide with only
white space differences...
