word-upcase, word-lowcase

I've just been trying these out. Super! However, I think that they are 
mis-named. They are true counterparts of emacs' upcase-region, 
downcase-region. Note "region", not "word". If I highlight a portion of a 
word, only the highlighted part is changed.
