I find it much more convinient to have
'Fax via SuSE'
'Fax via Hyla'
'Fax via whatever'
menu entries which can be bound to some hotkey instead to answer some
question in some gui dialog.
And if we start having long conversion sequences (say from word.doc via a
few 'beautifier scripts' to .lyx) I do not really want to answer
_several_ such questions in gui dialogs.
Actually, I do not want to be aware of the fact that there are 10
intermediate steps. I want to be able to forget the names of the
intermediate formats and converters after I set up a "Import word.doc as
nicely as I can" _once_.
