Somehow the last table got corrupted, and it was saved with 0x7 dimension
(i.e. 0 rows) which causes the crash.
Removing the table part from the LyX file gives a readable file
(the table is lost but you can recreate it from the latex file).
I've attached a fixed file.
I don't know how the table become corrupted. Did you do anything special
with it ?
