Well yes, the problem is that the paragraph inside some stuff behave differently
for LaTeX (I file this a LaTeX bug), but IMO we should correct or be able to
change some things. IMO the standard answer this is LaTeX doing it that way
if you want it different learn LaTeX is not always aplicaple if you choose to
programm a "Document Processor". You should provide some means to change this
without having to resort to insert ERT into the text.
