Well you're right here if we find aspell AND ispell we should default to
aspell, Jean-Marc is this realizabel?

Well the problem with pspell is that we already support it, but the one who
wrote the support (Kevin the author of pspell) does not maintain it so that
actually we have it in but we cannot use it!!! At least the last time I tried.
