Known bug 17

When I recently wrote about FAQ 17 being spurious, I meant Known bug 17
(where it says that LaTeX doesn't reset the subsubsection counter at each
new section; I'm certain that it does!). Take this opportunity to reduce the
length of the list of known bugs!
