It'd be nice to be able to specify a per-document word list for spell-checking: I use lots of "words" that I don't want to add to my personal dictionary (e.g. function names, assembly language instructions) but don't want to have to click "allow for this session" every time I spell check. aspell supports "multi-lists"; you could construct these on the fly and then allow a master (language) word list, a personal word list and a per-document word list for each document.
