The natbib branch hasn't been touched since before I started the
controller/view split of the GUI back in February!
Whilst it was easy to implement the basic /citeX stuff two issues remain.
* Support for text before and after the citation in a clean way will require
a re-writing of the InsetCommandParams struct.
* disabling/enabling natbib through the Document dialog is really clunky.
All this is documented in the list threads

Re: Problem with Citation dialog
I'm really busy at work at the moment and don't really have much spare time
to sort this stuff out. I'll see if I can at least update the branch to
reflect current cvs.
