LyX has been deprecated on Homebrew (brew.sh) with a Disable date of 2026-09-01. The complaint from
brew info lyx is Deprecated because it does not pass the macOS Gatekeeper check! It will be disabled on 2026-09-01. Not sure if this has been reported before. Not sure if devs want to deal with this.
