Both machines use Qt5; neither has Qt6 installed. Is Qt6 a requirement for

By default the interface is now qt6 and qt5 is now the fallback.
And so yes, it should work with qt5. But now that is the fallback and not the
default backend.

Thanks José and Riki. That makes sense. I just wonder how much spam the
"please report" is going to generate from those of us that don't (yet)
have Qt6. :-)
