I am experiencing a similar problem to the one already reported for the 2.5.0 RC versions. MacBook Pro M2, macOS Tahoe 26.3, LyX 2.5.0. When closing LyX via LyX >> Quit LyX, the program terminates after a delay of approximately 2 seconds. Shortly thereafter, a crash report appears. Please see the attached .ips file. LyX can be reopened without any problems. Closing LyX via Cmd-Q does not generate a crash report. Let me know if I can do more testing for you.Bini
