I fixed those, but I still struggle with the load theme combobox and the placeHolderText construct. It's compiling across Qt versions now, but at some situations the button is empty (bith in your original version and in the fixed version). Not clear exactly what triggers it. What if we get rid of this whole concept and just use QLabel "Lead Theme" above the combo with proper buddy?
