Seems to work outside gnome as well (it looks as a default QtColorDialog on my system). BTW, if I get the workflow correctly one first uses name and alters the color in document dialog, right? If so, I would propose that "New:" should be rather "New name:" because I was stuck at first where do I find the color itself.
