Tested on qt5 & linux. I would appreciate if someone on qt6 or different OS could double check. The test is simple: launch two instances of lyx, open the same file. In one instance change the file and save. The other instance should notice and suggest reload. But it should not trigger the dialog about removal of the file and flag the file modified.
