This should be now done, we have test on legacy ubuntu bionic with qt5 and
debian
testing with qt6 (both in docker). I can hand over prepared docker images in

you want to prepare your test export machinery at some point. But we'll need to
run it elsewhere or reduce the tests by an order of magnitude.
[ci announce] mails should report compilation failures, each run once a day.
Sorry I have an answer sitting in the send folder of my phone's
thunderbird, but I cannot configure the smtp server correctly :(

That looks great. Having the two "extremes" is what we need.
No news on the network solutions front, but I'll try again. I've been
busy last week.
