Fix AboutLyX layout
* remove wrong (sub)namespaces. This are inserted by newer
versions of
designer, although they are wrong
* add vertical spacer
* make horizontal spacer expand
Should also go to stable. Note that nowadays Designer's output cannot
be trusted.
