Well, sentence would be just uppercasing the first word. We have no
title casing.
BTW as to Title Casing, JabRef has a really good implementation that
considers stop words (which are not changed). In the context of
Bib(la)TeX this is very useful, as biblatex applies sentence casing
style-depending and only for English (so English titles are generally
title cased in the database and then adapted).
