maybe that the following behaviour is always reported.
1. open a new doc or an existing one with no(!) figure float.
2. open another doc with a figure float
3. mark in this some text with one figure float and
do a ctrl-c (copy)
4. switch to the new doc and insert the text/figure float
with ctrl-v (insert)
5. do a dvi-view
6. LyX reports that the includegraphics-command is
unknown.
LyX forgets to insert \usepackage{graphics} in preamble
same for latest cvs
