Funny, I found # and ## operators very handy for writing commandline
parameter parsing via simple included header as well.
Most likely not so weird use after all...
I am tempted sometimes to use this for the parsing of LyXRC. This would
make the code shorter and more understandable, and also reduce bugs, at
the price of really ugly macros hidden somewhere.
