Good morning you all,

PROBLEM
I have found a small bug in the UI: the dialog box for opening examples or new
files from templates.
It is not a serious bug, but it feels counter-intuitive. Also it does not seem
to actually carry out any operation (nothing is output to the terminal).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
 1. Run LyX.
 2. Do File > Open Example...
 3. Click on a file (make sure the "Open" turns clickable), then click "Cancel".
 4. Do File > Open Example...
 5. Notice two things: the "Open" button and the list of available languages
are now clickable.

The very same happens with the function File > New from Template.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
In step 5 of the previous enumeration, neither the "Open" button nor the
dropdown list should be clickable, as no file has been selected yet.
