On a related note, as Jean-Marc said, these issues are in a state of flux. Fedora carries a set of packages/configurations for Qt apps on Gnome. The plan is to drop those changes and try to incorporate those native to Qt: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/NoCustomQtThemingForWorkstation but this in only relevant if you are using Gnome, that is why I hesitate to refer them here.
