Congratulations on the release of LyX 2.3.7!
Could someone teach me the difference of two MacOS binaries for 2.3.7?
There are two binaries,
(A) LyX-2.3.7+qt5-x86_64-arm64-cocoa.dmg and
(B) LyX-2.3.7+qt5-x86_64-cocoa.dmg for older OS.
Question is:
- Does it mean binary (A) doesn't work on older OS's? Or can it be run on
any OS versions?
- If not, which version of OS is exactly the threshold of these two?
I'm currently checking the validity of Homebrew formula and it would be
helpful if you give me the information.
