For some reason I am unable, in 2.3.7, to add Comments or Greyed Out notes in a Section paragraph. In this case only a LyX note can be added, the other options are greyed out. The issue here is insertion since I can copy and paste it from a different place to the section and then it works. In other places it works correctly, even inside a LyX Note it is possible to insert the other notes. Even if the said note is in a Section paragraph. For me this happens every time, inside a section, subsection, ... until sub-paragraph I can not add other note than a LyX Note. For all other paragraph types that I have tested it works.
