latest cvs - math-label

running latex on my doc with amsmath-option gave a lot
of errors, thats amsmath detected always dublicated
labels in equations. don't really know, what's going
on there i tested math-labeling.

it's possible to insert a label for the blue math box,
but it's never saved and displayed, always the #-symbol.
