Dear LyX developers, It seems that LyX switches the directions of \cline inside the tabular while using RTL language with XeLaTeX.
I think it is related to this ticket <https://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/9686>, as the fix to this bug was to invert the syntax of the tabular, but, for example \cline{1-1} would produce a line under the left most cell, unrelated to the macro horizontal location.
