float inset in lates cvs

insert floats figure/table/...
gives the float inset without a predefined paragraph layout "caption".
the default is "standard". choosing paragraph layout from lyx-menu
gives always "senseless", which is the default for caption-layout outside
a float.
closing text and reloading gives correct "Figure/Table/... #: bla bla 
bla" with
the paragraph layout "caption".
