I've just tried to view trac but Firefox prevented me with this message:
"Firefox detected an issue and did not continue to www.lyx.org. The website is either misconfigured or your computer clock is set to the wrong time. ... It’s likely the website’s certificate is expired, which prevents Firefox from connecting securely."
My computer is definitely showing the correct date and time for my location. (24 May 2022, about 9:05 pm New Zealand time when I tried.)
