Thanks for confirming, Kornel. I'm not sure if it's related but the PDF_Comments tests are failing for me also and with PDF_Comments.lyx I get: Package xcolor Error: Undefined color `note_fontcolor'. Perhaps related is: https://github.com/latex3/xcolor/issues/10 That issue mentions a pull request and a workaround (that I haven't tried). Scott
