Hi Scott, My last two commits should solve this issue (489bf46a0345216f1a281617ec2a1ae6019c189f) and improve the support for Tufte (e3489d54e3485ef186eb70b06d4372eaa400db98). At least, it works locally. Does it work on your side too?
