I think I found another instance of this issue. To reproduce, open the attached file and do spellcheck. "abcxyz" is misspelled, but if you click on "ignore all" it goes to the next instance of that word. I think the issue is that both instances are in an inset (in this case the footnote inset). If the footnote is dissolved, there is no issue. Scott
