We could get rid of all ftp references. > As long as they are working and reasonably up to date, I don't see why they should be removed: maybe, in some places in the world, these are the only available proxies, or the only ones with some bandwidth, or any other reason. (For instance, Qt is a nightmare to install in some places — including France, in some cases! — because they don't allow you to change your mirror in the installer.)
