The "only" environment in our Beamer layout essentially requires an additional 
argument. This is usually a job for the layout parameter 'AutoInsert'. That 
works well in the sense that the argument is indeed auto-inserted. However, a 
typical workflow for the user is to select one or more paragraphs and then 
choose the environment (in this case, the "only" environment) and this would 
cause the selection to be included in the auto-inserted argument, which is not 
what the user expects.

I see 3 possibilities:

1. For environments, should the selection always go into the 
*non*-auto-inserted argument?

2. If (2) is not always the case, would we need an extra layout parameter that 
determines where it is most natural for the selection to be placed into?

3. Do nothing. Is the extra complexity not worth it? It's not so hard to just 
remember to do Insert > Overlay Specifications.

Note that I do not have time to implement any agreed upon functionality, except 
for 3 :). However, if there is agreement I can open a trac ticket for an 
enhancement.
