minipage in latest cvs

creating a minipagepage via insert->minipage with the 
default width of 100% gives in latex:

\begin{minipage}[c]{.100\columnwidth}%
                    ^
it should be 1.00

all other values less than 100% are okay, all over
99% are wrong!
