Thanks Jean-Marc. Compiles fine now. And shows the same (wrong?) behaviour as
the cmake-compilation.
Example:
in lyx open autotests/export/latex/unicodesymbols/009-cyrillic.lyx

With internal iconv we get error, with external iconv it is OK.
Unsure, if we really should do nothing here.
