When I export in master to 2.3.x the Russian UserGuide and then open that document back in master and compile with the default format (pdflatex), I get the following LaTeX error:

Do we have a lyx2lyx bug or is this one of those roundtrip issues where
we had to export ERT in the backwards conversion?
