Good. So we have settled that the ttf file I sent to the list can render esint symbols correctly (except weird \fint, but lets forget about that now) on your machine. Now, lets clarify whether you are actually reproducing Berhnards problem. When you use vanilla master + cmake fix which allows to use lyx's own esint10.ttf. What is the screenshot of that?
