BTW as followup to this message, I have updated to 2.3.5.2. The packages are in updates-testing for F31[1] and F32[2]. Users can give karma to the packages and that will speed up the transition to updates. The threshold is the one that comes first, either +3 karma or one one week in updates-testing.
