I've followed Baruch's example and provide here an horribly messy
FormCredits for the gnome frontend.
Please be gentle, it's not friday :). There are still some issues as I
wrote this after applying one of baruch's patches.
Known issues
* the content of the credits dialog is missing 99.9% of the contributors
* linking lyx will fail. You'll need to make sure it includes libglade.
* there are some redundant functions. I didn't know what some of the
functions did so I merely left them as
void FormCredits::Blah(blah) { }
This is wrong.
