LyX 1.1.6fix1
Recap of the problem:
In LyX do a View | Postscript
eventually ggv comes up and displays my document, but all my citations
come out as [?]. This didn't previously happen - it could have been
introduced with 1.1.6fix1 - I haven't been paying much attention to
postscript output recently.
However, if I export the document to LaTeX and run LaTeX, BibTeX, LaTeX,
LaTeX and dvips on it manually, I get a perfect document.
When I run the View | Postscript option, Lyx writes the file as LaTeX in
/tmp/blahblah. If I go in there, and hijack the .tex file and run the
LaTeX sequence manually on it, then the citations come out OK.
It seems to me that the problem is to do with how LyX runs LaTeX,
because LaTeX is working OK.
Chris said that he has problems and that the solution is to stop LyX
from using babel...
So I've removed \usepackage{babel} from the Lanugage options tab of the
preferences dialog (btw I saw
LyX: This shouldn't happen...
LyX: This shouldn't happen...
LyX: This shouldn't happen...
when I did that.)
Now when I use View | Postscript, I *still* get citations as [?]...
Can anyone tell me what's going on here?
Confused,
Ben.
BTW, I'm not on the list, so please cc me on reply.
